This Privacy Policy describes how Julia Teamgeist and its affiliates and subsidiaries (referred to as “Julia Teamgeist”, the “Company”, “we,” or “our” as applicable) collect, use, and disclose information about you. This Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect when you use or access our websites (each a “Site”), mobile applications (each an “App”), and services (collectively the “Services”) that display or link to this Privacy Policy, or when you otherwise interact with us.

Our company is hosted on the platform. provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through’s data storage, databases and the general applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your inquiry, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. Opting out of targeted advertising, sharing, and sales. Some  activities may be considered “sales” or “sharing” of your personal information or “targeted advertising” under certain laws. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sharing, and sales of your personal information. To effect the opt out, please click on the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our website footer, and select "No" for the "Marketing and Analytics" and "Advertising" categories and save your preferences.

Location Information. When you first launch our mobile apps, you may be asked to consent to the app’s collection of precise location information. If you initially consent to our collection of such location information, you can subsequently stop the collection of this information at any time by changing the preferences on your mobile device. If you do so, our mobile apps, or certain features, may no longer function properly.

Cookies. Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually adjust your browser settings to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that removing or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of our Sites.

Communication preferences. You may opt out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the instructions presented at the time you sign up for them, as well as by following the instructions in those communications. With your consent, we collect your precise geolocation information to help us ship the product in the most economical way.  This information is considered “sensitive” under California law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.

Notice of financial incentives. We offer various financial incentives. For example, we may provide discounts, rewards, exclusive offers, or other benefits to customers who sign up to join our loyalty program or who participate in a promotional campaign. The sites and apps where this Policy appears are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
