Terms of Subscription

1. Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.). The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial subscription and recurs on the same date of each cycle.

2. Commitment Period and Cancellation Policy

Coffee subscriptions are subject to a minimum commitment of two (2) full billing cycles. This means:

  • You may not cancel your subscription until after the second billing cycle has been completed.
  • Cancellation requests submitted before the end of the second billing cycle will not be processed and the subscription will remain active and billable.
  • After the second billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent periods.

3. Pausing Your Subscription

You may pause your subscription after completing at least one (1) full billing cycle. When paused:

  • Your subscription will not renew, and you will not be billed during the pause period.
  • You can resume your subscription at any time by logging into your account.
  • Pausing does not count toward the two-cycle minimum commitment. You must complete two active billing cycles before cancellation is allowed.
  • Only one pause per 12-month period is allowed unless otherwise approved by customer support.

By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are entering into a subscription with a minimum term of two active billing cycles.
  • Cancellation is only permitted after the second active billing cycle is completed.
  • No refunds or pro-rata credits will be issued for cancellations made before this period ends.

5. How to Cancel

After your second billing cycle, you may cancel your subscription by:

  • Logging into your juliatemgeist-us.com account and accessing your subscription settings, or

6. Changes to Terms

Julia Teamgeist Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Subscription at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
